Normally my new year doesn’t officially start until I attend the Workfront Annual Kick-Off meeting in Las Vegas in early January, but this year was a little different. This year Workfront decided to bring us all home to Utah to gather and gain momentum for working together in 2020. The event itself covered a lot of ground and included a Partner Kick-off, Workfront's Company Kick-off, the Sales Kick-off, and the CX Summit. As a Workfront Partner, it felt very special to be invited to SLC to spend a few days together learning, sharing and inspiring each other to do our best work and to Work Boldly, which is the new focus and mantra of Workfront.
I don’t know if EVERYTHING is bigger in Texas, but Workfront LEAP 2019 was the definitely the largest gathering of work management leaders that Dallas or the world has ever seen.

I recently became the first ever Customer Success Manager (CSM) at IO Integration. This means it is now officially my job to make sure that IOI customers stay IOI customers. It means making sure our clients have solutions, technologies, and services that are aligned with their desired outcomes. Fortunately, I have a team of smart, driven, innovative, and customer-minded individuals to help me help our customers. When marketing and creative operations leaders come to us for advice on making technology decisions, I know we have the expertise and experience to guide them to the best solutions to meet their needs. But, I also know that a great CSM possesses a quality that is more than a line item on a resume, and that is a passion for helping customers. I now have a role where I get to focus that passion and enthusiasm into continuously sharing information and advising customers on ways their companies can achieve long-term success with their marketing and creative operations technology investments.
censhare’s ecosphere 2018: Doin’ DAM in Denver! There are a few things that come to mind when one thinks about making a trip to Denver, Colorado. From now on, one of the things that SHOULD come to mind is that Denver is the US home for one of the most forward-thinking software companies working in information management today, censhare. Last week this DAM lady had the pleasure of spending some time with them at their 2018 ecosphere censhare users conference.
“Because Work Matters.” There is no other company that lives up to its official tagline the way Workfront does, and I was reminded of this when I attended their 2018 Partner Meeting and SKO last week in Las Vegas with my IOI colleague, James Word (Business Analyst and Certified Workfront Implementation Specialist).
